• DESCRIPTION

This oversized sweater is an easy project, with intermediate knitters in mind.
Using knit and purl stitches, plus a combination of cable stitches, you will create a sweater that is knit flat in 4 pieces and then seamed.

This sweater will be super cozy to wear in the fall/winter.

Yarn

We Are Knitters - The Wool (200g/87 yds/80m) in Ochre x 6, (7, 8, 8, 9, 10) balls.

Needles

  • 12mm (US 17) knitting needles.
  • 15mm (US 19) knitting needles.
  • Cable needle (large)

I used my set of interchangeable circular needles as there were many stitches to cast on and it was easier to use the cables.

I also used spare cables with end caps to hold spare stitches when needed.

Very lengthy pattern, but since it's very complete, that's actually super helpful. The size are really well detailed and the abbreviations are clear too. More images of the making and the chart for the cable pattern would have been great. The pattern also contain useful advices. I'm not using patterns really often since I'm some sort of a rebellious free spirit, but this one was a great purchase.
