Handy Little Me sells digital knitting and crochet patterns as instant PDF downloads.
No physical product, printed pattern, or finished item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product listing.
Digital Download Purchases
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If your digital pattern has already been accessed or downloaded, you will not usually be eligible for a refund, cancellation, exchange, or return, as digital products cannot be returned once supplied.
EU Withdrawal / Cancellation Requests
Customers in the EU may submit a withdrawal or cancellation request using our EU withdrawal form.
Submitting this form does not automatically approve a refund or cancellation.
Each request will be reviewed manually in line with our digital product policy and applicable consumer law.
If your order has already been accessed or downloaded, your request may not be eligible for a refund.
Problems Accessing Your File
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
If there is a genuine issue with your download link, file access, duplicate purchase, or incorrect file, we will review this manually and help resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not usually offer exchanges for digital items.
However, if you accidentally purchase the same PDF twice, please contact us and we will review the order manually.
If appropriate, we may be able to send a replacement PDF or a refund for the duplicate.
